What is ABSD?

Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty layers on top of BSD for residential purchases. It discourages speculation and multiple property ownership.

When is stamp duty payable?

Within 14 days of signing the Option to Purchase (OTP) or Sale & Purchase Agreement (S&P), whichever is earlier.
